We deliver Bikeability Cycle Training and are pleased to offer all modules of Bikeability Plus. The following courses are available free of charge to schools and pupils.
Bikeability Level 1 - This takes place in a traffic-free environment and aims to assist young riders in mastering the control of their bikes. This is generally ideal for children between 7-10 years of age.
Bikeability Level 2 - This course takes place on local streets, giving trainees a real on-road cycling experience. Trainees learn how to deal with traffic on short journeys such as cycling to school or local shops. This is available to children in year 5 and 6 of primary school.
Bikeability Level 3 - This course equips trainees with skills for more challenging roads and traffic situations – busier streets, queuing traffic, complex junctions and roundabouts. It also includes planning routes for safe cycling. Aimed at children in Year 7 and above, however, year 6 children who have completed Level 2 training can also take part.
Bikeability Balance - Group Balance Bike Training for KS1 pupils. Find out why we love balance training here.
Bikeability Learn to Ride - For any age!
We also offer Bikeability Family to family groups who would like to gain confidence and enjoy cycling together.
